Industrial grade monoammonium phosphate is one of the main raw materials for ammonium method iron phosphate, and the unit consumption is usually 0.75-1 tonne. We assume that 1Gwh battery needs about 2,200-2,500 tonnes of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, and assume that the theoretical unit consumption ratio is: lithium iron phosphate = 0.95* iron phosphate + 0.25* lithium carbonate, ammonium iron phosphate = 0.75* industrial monoammonium phosphate + 0.15* purified phosphoric acid + ferrous sulfate.
