According to TASS on April 10, the Federal Veterinary and Plant Quarantine Supervision Bureau of Novosibirsk and Tomsk, Russia announced that Tomsk exported peas to China for the first time, with a total volume of about 120000 tons.
This export was carried out by the largest grain production enterprise in the state, which conducted quarantine and monitoring of pea planting and storage plants in 2022, successfully passed certification and entered the list approved by China.
Tomsk Oblast mainly exports oil, wood, and rapeseed oil to China.
