Usage of Potassium Carbonate Food Grade:
- Potassium Carbonate Food Grade is mainly used as an additive in the production of instant noodles and carbonated beverages, which plays the role of leavening up and anti-corrosion.
- Potassium Carbonate Food Grade can be used as PH regulator, nutrient supplement, processing aid and fragrance. It is added proper amount to the noodles and wontons to give the product unique flavor, color and toughness (often used with Sodium Carbonate).
- It is also used to strengthen potassium (for human electrolytes) to make Sportsmen's drinks
